Julian has had a long and distinguished career in Pharmaceuticals, working for GSK for over 15 years, later moving to IQVIA in business development. He then founded In2Focus, which was later acquired by Ashfield Healthcare where he served as Global President, before he ultimately assumed the position of CCO at Pharmaspectra.

Charlotte has been a director of Conceptos International since it was founded in 2020. Alongside her extensive career in luxury retail, she also founded a successful property business, converting and renting out HMOs in Oxfordshire.

Alice graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a first class degree in Business and Geography. Since then, she has worked as a marketing and partnerships manager in a global retail company before joining Conceptos as a business development analyst.
